After being forced to hide their relationship during Hajj, Imam El-Farouk and his husband, Troy, transform pain into a radical act of faith: co-founding Unity Mosque in Toronto, one of the world’s first queer-affirming, gender-equal mosques. Inside the mosque, Urvah and Shaun wrestle with faith, identity, and what it means to belong without hiding who they are.
