PERIOD. is a scripted short film part of “In Bloom”, an anthology of short films about gender equity around the world for Paramount+.
PERIOD. is a light-hearted film about two girls who go on a Robinhood-like adventure to get pads and tampons in their underserved school. The film sheds light on period poverty.
Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and created by MTV Staying Alive Foundation.
The film is also available on PlutoTV, BET Africa, and Amazon Prime in select countries.
